Singer Model 221 Featherweight Home Sewing Machine
The machine does not have a case, as sometime in the last 64 years it has been lost. The machine had been stored away in a closet for the last 30 years when she moved from Baltimore
The Singer 221 Featherweight is a small and light weight home sewing Machine and has been used for quilting projects.
This model Singer is a collectors item and a dream to work with.
As noted in the photos, something happened over time to damage the bed in several places, but this does not change the quality of sewing.
I have cleaned the machine, replaced the felt drip pad, belt and feet.
In addition, I put a good coat of wax on her to protect the finish.
