Vintage Kenmore Buttonhole Attachment with Cams and Leather Case

Have you seen a set-up like this?
Everything is held in a compact leather/leatherette case by snaps and straps
The buttonhole attachment has 8 cams, attachment and screws - feed cover plate and manual
The buttonholer advances through the gears when tested by hand, but it doesn't fit any of my machines, so that is the limit I can test it.
There is rust present on bottom of the plate. I will clean this for the winner or tell you how to clean but I wanted to leave it in its Vintage Condition for the photos
The case is in excellent condition and will also hold a Singer buttonholer and cams if you desire, however the case came with the "White" buttonholer, so I've left it as found.
